21.09.2012. За які кошти побудують метро на Троєщину?

Будівництво четвертої лінії метрополітену стане першим масштабним прикладом приватно-державного партнерства в Україні. Це буде перший інфраструктурний проект, що фінансуватиме інвестор і позбавить місто необхідності позичати кошти. За словами заступника голови КМДА Руслана Крамаренка, переможець тендеру ВАТ "Федеральний центр проектного фінансування" до кінця року подасть на розгляд дві фінансові моделі будівництва та роботи нової лінії. Обидві -- за принципом державно-приватного партнерства. Перша буде схемою концесії -- коли інвестор повертатиме вкладені кошти за рахунок виторгу від квитків і отриманої різниці у тарифі від міста, при цьому експлуатантом виступатиме приватна компанія. Друга фінансова схема -- це договір життєвого циклу. У такому разі інвестор отримуватиме кошти з міського бюджету протягом 15-20 років, а експлуатантом буде виступати КП "Київський міський метрополітен". Однак хто б не експлуатував нову лінію метро -- приватна компанія чи місто -- вона залишиться у власності територіальної громади Києва. Руслан Крамаренко наголосив, що при цьому вартість проїзду на новій лінії буде такою ж, як і на інших.
