Nearby is big market and grocery store. It s just 10 minutes by walk till big park and famous Pecherskaya Lavra. This exceptionally comfortable apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of building with central heatig, hot water and coded lock door. The building is outfitted with elevator. The property is newly refurbished and comprises nice living room, cozy bedroom, bathroom, modern kitchen and lovely balcony. The bedroom consists of comfortable double bed, spacious wordrobe. In the living room there are sofa with pillows, chest of drawers, coffe table, TV with satelite ( with numerous local and international channels), free internet access and air conditioner. The practical kitchen is equipped with all usual appliances: refrigerator with freezer, gas cooker, microwave oven, electricv kettle, kitchen utensils. Also there are dining table with 3 seats. The bathroom has a bath tub, wash basin with a mirror, toilet and washing machine. 3 metro stations are situated only 7 minutes away from the apartment Arsenal na, Klovs ka and Pechers ka.
